3. Orders

Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. The prices indicated for the pastry lessons include the recipe sheet sent by email, the ingredients, the loan of the equipment necessary for the smooth running of the course, the training with the pastry chef, the tasting and the pastries made. The company Du Goût et des Autres reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the order form and validated by the user at the time of payment is the only one applicable for the order concerned.

 

5. Terms of payment

 

Payment for purchases is made in full when ordering by credit card. The payments made will be secured by a data encryption procedure in order to avoid the interception of this information by a third party. Du Goût et des Autres cannot be held responsible in the event of fraudulent use of the means of payment used. The General Conditions of Service relating to the use of the Payment Service(s) accessible on the Site are accessible on the Payment Service Site. Once the payment has been accepted by the banking institution, the order is validated and will be put in preparation upon receipt of the authorization to debit the account by the paying agency. Classes start on time.

If you are late, the course will be canceled and not refunded. 

7. Liability

 

Du Goût et des Autres cannot be held liable for non-performance of the Contract, in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure and, in particular in the event of a total or partial strike, flood, fire or other natural disasters and in general all events that do not allow the proper execution of the order.
