In this workshop, you will learn how to make

- a smooth coffee buttercream

- a creamy chocolate ganache

- the dressage of the Opera

During this workshop, you will learn more than a dozen basic techniques of French pastry, mastery of cooking, as well as the handling of the piping bag.
